Irctc — Reg. file TDR & complain of tc who gave us receipt without explaining procedure & insufficient knowledge | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, I had booked ticket of train 01039 LTT Karmali Express SPL on 08 May 2015 PNR [protected] Transection ID [protected] from Thane to Kankavli. due to suddenly changes in the coach from 3ac to sleeper by railway. still we not received information from station counter reg. getting money difference between 3 tire & sleeper coach. we need our money refund difference between sleeper to 3 ac (which i had booked earlier). we also inquire in the railway counter of Kankavli station reg. the same. that person have insufficient knowledge. he only told us "if you had booked ticket from internet you need to do it from the same only". attached receipt is given by railway TC to collect the amount. request you to kindly process the my money difference ASAP.
