Irctc — Regarding pending refund amount for TDR -- PNR Number: [protected] | |
Dear Sir / Madam,
It has been long time I have repeatedly requesting IRCTC for the refund for the below TDR. And every time I received message that "email has been again forwarded to the concerned department". But I have not received any update for my refund amount when it will be provided. Below is the detail of TDR:

Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.

TDR Status: CR Registered

Respective Journey Information:
Train No./ Name: 12380/JALIANWALA B EX
Please provide me a specific update when I can get the refund money and if possible kindly co-ordinate so that I can get my refund money back.
