Irctc — Request for refund of online ticket fare debited from SB A/C without issuing ticket | |||||
Sir I have tried to book ticket for two person from HWH to Katpadi on 12 th April at 10.55 am using IRCTC website . However due to technical problem no ticket was issued to me . However booking amt of Rs.3725.56 was debited from syndicate bank savings A/C [protected] . The particulars for the transaction is ECOM Pur 70012920 IRCTC 12/04/17 10:[protected]. So I request to kindly arrange to refund this entire amt to the A/C from which it has been debited erroneously and oblige. Thanking you. Dear Sir, I am traveling from 22686 Cdg- yashwantpur experss. Pantry staff charging RS 100 for veg meal (thali) contains paneer sabzi, dal, 3 chapati, rice, small packet of pickle & 250 ml water. They charging RS 80 for veg biryani and 15 RS for tea/coffee. They don't have any menu card with them. Pls take appropriate action
