Irctc — Rotten food | |||
hi, I had a really bad experience in Mumbai to Delhi Duronto Express. We were served rotten food and beverages when we asked the train crew members to replace the food they refused and left the compartment and never returned back. Since we all were very hunhry so we decided to hunt for the manager and other staff members. But unfortunately, it brought us no success as we were denied to replace the food. Besides, the bedding was very dirty and incomplete Only a few lucky passengers could get the hand towel and other few could managet to get pillow without covers.
