Irctc — TDR Entry is Not Giving Refund

Sir My Ticket is not been cancelling its pnr no is - [protected] I had file TDR but it is not working properly when i check it refund amount is zero and the ticket is not been cancel the CHART IS NOT PREPARED from the station which i book but the Chart is Prepared from the source station please help me and do fast as possible My email address is shaikhiram.[protected]@gmail.com And the ticket is of today so please help me
