Irctc — TDR filed but refund declined stating (Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL) | |||
I have booked two e- tickets bearing PNR Number: [protected] from Mathura Junction to Mumbai Central, date of journey 9-Jan-2015 train number /name: 12954/AG KRANTI RJDHN At the time of booking the tickets were in Waiting list RLWL 4/RLWL 5, until the last minute of journey the tickets were not confirmed, at last one of the ticket was confirmed but the other was still in waiting list. So, both the passengers did not boarded the train and travelled by air, i can produce the e ticket of the flight as well. I filed the TDR on same date i.e 9-Jan-2015, but the current status on irctc.co.in shows (Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL). I don't understand that if Railways don't want to refund the money for actual purpose than why this TDR system been in place. Kindly look into the matter. He transferred the call to some other person saying that he is transferring the call to refund department. The other person asked for Card Number and Expiry Date of the card, than he gave me a formula which was addition of few number given by him and adding my cvv number to the given formula and sharing the result.
When i asked him that i can not share the result, it will result into disclosing the cvv number to an unauthorised party, i asked him that as per RBI guidelines no one ask for this information than he disconnected the phone.
I would like to bring in the notice of the administrator of this portal that this portal is being used by some cyber criminals also, and the management needs to look at the same.
