[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR not refunded for all passengers

I have sent email requested to IRCTC customer care to cancel tickets of all passengers(three) with PNR [protected] and modification of TDR filed online. We (all passengers) could not travel due to two waitlisted and one RAC tickets in Yesvantpur Howrah Duranto express(12246)confirmed after chart preparation. I have wrongly filed TDR for one RAC passenger online thinking that my other Waitlist ticket will be cancelled automatically(waitlist e-ticket rule after chart preparation).But, it is the issue of partly RAC/partly waitlist e-ticket when contacted IRCTC helpline number immediately after TDR filing online. I have sent email immediately as per instruction from IRCTC helpline number to customer care([protected]@irctc.co.in) about TDR modification(cancellation of tickets for all passengers with PNR [protected]). i have sent this email request regarding ticket cancellation of all passengers and TDR modification more than three hours before schedule departure of train as per indian railway refund rule.I have also received acknowledgement from IRCTC customer care within one hour. I didn't receive refund of all passengers with PNR [protected] even after several email request to IRCTC customer care, IRCTC TDR process, railway minister and railway officials. IRCTC TDR process has first delayed my refund for more than five months and then partially refunded(refund for only one passenger) after my several email request.

I get an irrelevant reply from IRCTC customer care([protected]@irctc.co.in) . i had sent request regarding ticket cancellation of all passengers and TDR modification filed online more than three hours before schedule departure of train as per indian railway refund rule.

So, i am requesting you to please refund all passengers fare (excluding applicable cancellation charges) with PNR [protected] instead of said same answer same story about refund of only one passenger fare.
