Irctc — TDR process took 3 year to process and after that case was rejected. | |||
Dear Madam/Sir I had filed a case for TDR process on 6 August 2012 whose PNR Number [protected]. They replied on 24 September 2012 that: - "As per chart, passenger has travelled". But actually I was on another train on the same day whose PNR number [protected]. So it is not possible that one person travel on two trains on the same day. I mailed the same detail that I was in another train. After that they replied:-Now we have sent letter to CR Railway on 23-October-2012 stating that ‘Passenger Not Travelled.', so please reopen the case. Now, after processing of 3 Year they replied that: - we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible. So please help me and also make the railway system corrupt free. This is not only happened with me, but this type of case always happen normally, that after filling of TDR very lucky one will get their money refund back and in most of the case they said that passenger has travelled.
