Irctc — TDR Raised a month back but no update

I had raised a TDR request via Irctc portal on 04/05/15 but the resolution is still pending. As per irctc's latest email, they had asked me to contact railway dept for the refund and i did so...i sent an email to [protected]@wr.railnet.gov.in but no response from their end as well. TDR No -[protected] & [protected] PNR No - [protected] and [protected]
