Irctc — TDR Repudiated wrongly

Dear Sir I have filed TDR on date 1st may which was rejected with the reason As per chart passenger has travelled however we have not travelled on that ticket I am not sure how come AC TT mark us as travelled We have two ticket for same journey from KJM to Pune on 2nd May and one is 3AC with PNR [protected] and second is in SL with PNR [protected] when our ticket in 3AC was not confirmed ie one seat RAC other Waitlist 1 then I filled TDR for AC ticket and we travelled on SL ticket which was confirmed Now as I can see my TDR was Repudiate I am not sure howcome AC TT mark us present in AC compartment while we were in SL compartment with another Sleeper ticket on the same train and SL TT marked present over there It a very ridiculous thing that as per Central railways we travelled on two ticket on same day in same train moreover AC ticket even not confirmed 1 Ticket on which We travelled SL ticket [protected] [protected] 16332 CBE PUNE 02 May 2015 Booked 04 Apr 2015 2 Ticket on which we did not travelled and TDR was Repudiate wrongly 3AC ticket [protected] [protected] 16332 CBE PUNE 02 May 2015 TDR Repudiate 04 Apr 2015 More info about TDR Passengers Details Name Age Gender Status Coach ID Berth No WL No MANISH AGRAWAL 26 Male WL 31 MAMTA GUPTA 26 Female WL 32 TDR Details Reason For TDR Party Partially ConfirmedWaitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel TDR Filing Date 01 May[protected] HRS TDR Status TDR Repudiate Cancellation ID [protected] TDR Zone CENTRAL RAILWAY CR Registration No MCR080515W07694 Repudiate Date 13 May 2015 Reason for Repudiate TDR As per chart passenger has travelled As per the ticket costing of 3AC is Rs 2980 with Service tax Rs 22 however we havenot traveled on that ticket because that wasnot confirm one seat is RAC other is waitlist 1 and that AC TT mark us present with that ticket but we were not in that AC compartment We travelled with Sleeper ticket So we are having loss of 3002 Rs on which we havenot travelled I need justice as that AC TT marked present and probably give that seat to some other person and took some bribe. This needs to be investigate why AC TT mark us present with AC ticket when we werenot there Also I want my money back sum of 3002 Rs on which we didnot travelled
