Irctc — TDR status for PNR No [protected]- Pending from 4 months

Hi Team, I have filed the TDR on for the PNR No [protected], as only one ticket was got confirmed and the other passenger was still in waiting list. I have booked another ticket the same day for travelling on the next day - PNR No [protected] for the same set of passengers and we have traveled on the next day Its been around 4 months since i have raised the TDR and there isnt any progress/update in the status or refund of the money Could you please escalate this and refund my money as early as possible.
