Irctc — tdr status shows amount approved but amount not received after 6 month

I have booked ticke pnr no [protected] from banglore to kolkata as on 18 december 19 bur after chart preparation my ticket was not confirmed, last status was rac then filed tdr. This tdr was approved as on jan19of 1st week but till now i javed not recived the refun money 10140rs
So pls resove this matter. For this i will ever obliged
