Irctc — ticket not cancellled on line due unavailable in booking history | |||
I have booked a ticket form sbp to ngp on 04.01.15, My amount got credited but i hav got my ticket confirmation or PNR no:- [protected], transaction id- [protected].Due to emergency work had to cancel the tour but in irctc my account ticket not shown and so i complain this matter to nearest railway station they were told me to complain on line to irctc .I have made no of call to the call center but no one there to pick or answer my call.Only recorded voice asking me to make the choice but no customer service executive picks the phone once i select 9.I have sent email on this giving my Bill no and ref no.But I didnt get any reply.
