Irctc — To deactivate my mobile number from your database to reactivate it through other mail ID | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I'm Ashish Chakravarty. Currently facing issues to re-register myself through an old mobile no.(which is in usage from a long time also) but facing challenges since my email ID has been deactivated from your portal due to non-usage of the same for long back, however, my mobile no.-(+91)-[protected] is still registered in your database. Due to this situation, I'm unable to book my tickets through your IRCTC portal now a days. Requesting you to kindly remove my mobile no. i.e. (+91)-[protected] from your database so that I can re-register my email id (as given in the signature) using the same mobile no. in future.
