Irctc — train cancelled but refund amount is not as per railway rules

I got SMS to mobile no [protected] by IRCTC on 28th may 2015, time 8.03pm, Train no. 12427 boarding at REWA dated 29-MAY-15 is cancelled by Railways. Pl Cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules. After getting above SMS by IRCTC, I cancelled my ticket as follows below and got refund RS. 2055 only.
