[Resolved] Irctc — Twice debited for one ticket | |||
I have booked a ticket by train No;12295/Sangamitra Express on[protected] at17-46 for journey on[protected] from BangaloreCY to Chennai Central.An amount of Rs1133.72 was debited to my SBI Debit card Vide txn#[protected].Again immediately the same amount was debited in the same card Vide txn#[protected]. I have purchased only one ticket and the same amount is debited twice.Kindly look into the matter and give me credit for Rs 1133.72.Ihave taken up the matter with SBI also but with no result so far. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT ON[protected] ON THE ABOVE SUBJECT.THIS IS REGADING TICKET BOOKED ON[protected] BY TRN NO ;12295/SANGAMITRA EXP FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN BANGALORE - CHENNAI ON[protected]. AMOUNT WAS DEBITED ON MY SBI DEBIT CARD TWICE VIDE TXN#[protected] AND TXN#[protected]. THIS IS ALREADY TWO WEEKS OLD. GRATEFUL FOR EARLY SETTLEMENT OF MY CLAIM OF RS.1133.72.
