[Resolved] Irctc — Useless website and booking facility to torture passengers | |||
IRCTC provides a useless e-ticket booking interface which is slower than watching a banyan tree grow. There are thousands of technology companies in India any of which is capable of building a more than decent website. Yet they stick with whoever is doing their website currently and torture passengers. This just proves their utter contempt for their customers. Please ask them to have a tie up with a decent software company and provide a good website so that passengers can book a ticket without needing an hour and a half and lots of good luck.
