[Resolved] Irctc — Wait Listed ticket Refund is not received. | |
Dear sir,
I had booked e-ticket for journey on 7 sept. 2014 with PNR no. [protected] and with Transaction ID: [protected].
In this ticket Ticket for Passenger 1: Hoshang Solanki; was confirmed and for Passenger 2: Patel Mukesh; was wait listed and passenger 2 had travelled through the same train by general class. His ticket has been attached with the mail for your reference.
I had filed TDR request for refund. But the reply I receive was panic. What the hell is IRCTC.!! Kindly go thru the reply which i received:
Dear Customer,
With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] with reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel., it is advised that Railway has introduced Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS), through which e- ticket refund cases against which TDRs are filed are directly registered and transferred to the concerned Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. Your refund was dealt and regretted by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds WR under case No. [protected] with reason, As per chart, passenger has travelled .
