Irctc — worst site maintanence at the time of tatkal

sir i have tried a ticket from secunderabad to visakhapatnam for 3 days in irctc website but at exactly 10.00 AM the site is giving somany errors like "concessional tickets are not allowed for this train/quota" or "this site is unreachable" or "the site is suspended" . previously before 1 year irctc site is very worst and now from 3 months we are feeling irctc is nice but the word is not standed now sir. we dont know any misuse is happening in irctc or there may be any other reason. the higher officials are requested to lookinto this issue and solve the problem as old people and ladies cannot go by bus as irctc is the only option railway ticket booking because the railway counters are always busy with the brokers.
