IRCTC/Online Complaint Book — Refund against cancelled train and ticket not cancelled

dear All, I have booked my relative ticket through my credit card for travelling on 24/05/14 PNR NO [protected] booking ID no [protected] for Rs 7505.47, 28/05/15 and 30.05.15 PNR no [protected] dated 30.05.15 and booking id [protected] PNR NO [protected] dated 28.05.15 booking ID[protected] total booking amount Rs 7505.47, 12431.38 and 19838.21 total Rs 39775.06 you are requested to refund the amount in my accounts. all train are cancelled by Railway department and its my total loss. i am senior citizen, your automatic concession was not allowed, KINDLY
look in to this matter and credit the excess amount charged, to my account.
