Irda — agent code

Sir i am aritriya banerjee. My pan number is cevpb8766h. I recently gave examination in irda and got passed. But didn't receive the irda code. My insurance company is kotak life insurance. They are not giving me the agency code. And i don't want to work with them. I didn't get the offer letter yet. But they are not accepting my noc for cancellation of the agency code. Pls help me. I am not understanding what should i do.
