Remove my pan no. From irda portal

Dear team,
I was agent of LIC & HDFC ERGO but i have resigned from both of organization but still my pan no. Is showing at IRDAI portal while I have been resigned from the organization.
Request you to let me help to remove pan no. From irdai portal.

    Please remove my pan card form irda. Because i had closed my agent code in lic but it is showing inforce in irda portal. For this reason i can't do my new job

                My name is Lalit Kumar Bhosagar i have joine Max Newyork Life Insurance company Limited as an agent on dt. 11/07/2008 and it validity is dt. 10/07/2011. I haven't doing any business for that company and the code is terminated I not receive any termination letter.My license validity also expired.                       Dear Sir/Madam,

                      With reference to the above mentioned subject, I cleared LICI exam in the month of April-22 bearing agency code number[protected] but due to some personal reasons in the month of May-22 I had to submit for the resignation and termination of the agency code which was well given by the branch office but, it is still reflecting in the IRDAI portal.
                      Further, I would request you to please remove the agency Code of LICI from IRDAI portal which is still showing and provide me with Form-1C.

                        Regarding PAN removed from IRDA pan lookup portal

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am Chekka Venkatesh, I was took Agent code in Life insurance corporation of india, my Agent code is LIC06525642 which was already terminated on[protected], but when i checked in irda pan lookup portal my agent code status is still showing as INFORCE, so please change status and remove my PAN from irda pan lookup portal, my PAN number is AYHPV8358D.
                        Please find the attached LIC confirmation letter...

                        I got form 1-C on DECEMBER 21ST 2022 from Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and the status of my PAN is not updated on the IRDAI portal.

                                I got form 1 c on March 7th, 2023 from Religare (Care) Health insurance and the status of my PAN is not updated on the IRDAI portal. I again passed IRDAI corporate agent exam on April 7, 2023 as an HDFC Bank employee.
                                Kindly process the same and do the needful at the earliest as I am struggling to get it delinked from January 2023 and my corporate agent code couldn't be generated as my PAN status is showing as in force with Care health. Kindly change the status in IRDAI portal.

                                  I am Kecharla Usha Rani, I was agent with LIC, CODE LIC06723656 from 2017 to 2018 lose the opportunity in this codes.Life insurance company and already given Termination letter but in IRDAI Portal still inforce . please remove my pan card from irda pan lookup portal.

                                  Sir due to my current job TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. my new company not allow to any agent code from any insurance company and I am not interested to continue as a agent for any insurance company.

                                  It's my humble request to you to please process to terminate my agent code with immediate efforts from IRDA PORTAL otherwise I am not eligible to join my new job
