Irda — Delete my code from irda pan lookup site

Respected sir,

I vipin vishwa have given the exam of birla sun life insurance agent in 2015. My agent code is bslbp3838 and the date of joining 02/09/2015. My pan card no. Arepv1948h.
Now i had got job in another field, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.
So, i am requesting you to please remove my name & pan no from irda so i can work in another field. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.
