I Amit Tiwari have given the exam of HDFC life insurance angent in 2017. My agency code is HDFC00720070 and the date of termination of my code is 22/12/2018. My pan card no. Is DFIPP0345P.
Now I had got job in ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE, because of my name showing in IRDA I am getting trouble in servived the job.
So, I am requesting you to please remove my name from IRDA so I can work in ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

Policy agent fraud to me and getting 7 policy by me .But my economical conditions very poor so sir my all policy cancellation process order by you sir

Dear concern,
I received a call from companies employees who is offering me bonus on my previous policy . he has taken my documents andcheque of 50, 000 Rs on behalf of HDFC Lifeinsurance company Ltd. by saying that I will get this money back once bonus will come and give 10 laks loan. but Iater new policy 50, 000 Rs generated same time on by on 7 policy generated. This is simply a matter of fraud case Kindly request you sir cancel all my policy . as soon as possible as I need my money back very very urgently Sir.
