[Resolved]  Irda — request for removal of pan from irda

I am rejaul haque molla. I was an agent under
Reliance life insurance in 2013. My code no was 21739526, licence no. 9614246 in diamond harbour branch. I was terminated in 2015. But still today my pan no is attached with the reliance life insurance. Sir it's my earnest request to you to remove my pan no. From irda website. My pan no is bgppm1030g. My mob. No -[protected], mail id - farook. [protected]@gamil.com.
