[Resolved]  Irda — return of money of my ulip and unethical behaviour of insurance agent

My insurance policies (icici ulip number 06951818 and hdfc life sanchay plus number[protected] surrender money was to be returned and my file (IRDA file number IN21395) went to irda for clearance where it was dealt and processed by mr. jai prakash (f.c.manager) (mobile number with-held) and his superwiser deen dayal upadhayay (mobile number with-held) and was sent to accounts department of irda where it was dealt by mr. bharat bhushan (mobile number with-held) and was then sent to audit department for clearance where it was dealt by mr. surya kumar (mobile number with-held) and finally everything was cleared on 17th december 2019 and file was returned to accounts department for payment and i was told by mr. bharat bhushan (accounts department) that my total amount due is rs. 733838/= (rupees seven lakh thirty three thousand eight hundred and thirty eight only).
but inbetween 17 and 18 december 2019 one insurance agent divya sharma (agent code RPK003297) iserted her code in my file, unscrupolously with deception fradulent means and without my authorization and due to this act my payment could not be processed.
then i complained on 21 december 2019 at email - [protected]@gmail.com against this agent and i received a verification call from neha (mobile number with-held) of complaint division and she told me that this agent is blacklisted for ever and agent code on my file is deactivated.
later on mr. jai prakash (f.c.manager and mr. bharat bhushan (accounts department) asked me to get another insurance done of about rs. 69000 to get my due payment released, logic of which i fail to understand that why another insurance is required to get my payment released.
i as senior citizen, want my payment of about rs. 733838 plus any additional interest released immediately
any other details like mobile number of concerned person or insurance agent etc. can be provided if required as instructions in this complaint say not to reveal certain details and avoid use capital letters
