Hi Team,
I tried to recharge my BSNL Prepared mobile no twice with 141+141 rs. Amount has been deducted but recharge got failed. I got a formal mail saying ‘We will transfer the amount in your e-wallet at irechargeonline.com. The amount in e-wallet can be used to recharge your devices later’ but I could not see any E-wallet in my account & also I did't get my money refunded. Also when I am triying to contact to IRecharge Support team vai 'http://support.irechargeonline.com/support/tickets/new', I am getting a message 'Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com)'
