The recharge of inr 800+800+800 = 2400 on reliance postpaid number +91 [protected] from irechargeonline website was failed on 13 may 2016. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. Afterwards i was unable to log ticket on website as it was showing account suspended. After sending several requests on mail, i have not received payment. Request you to kindly resolve issue.
