I have done a recharge of Rs. 1060 on 5th may 2016 to my customer I'd[protected].But the payment still not received to Videocon . They have given a mail regarding the confirmation of payment with merchant reference no. 3I5194GFJN7X2R9U29Y.

I have cross check with the banks also but they didn't confirm me.
