[Resolved] Irechargeonline.com — While trying to do mobile recharge, amount was deducted but recharge was not done. | |||||
Today i.e. on 4th May 2016, I was trying to do mobile recharge (Amount Rs. 300/-) for my number [protected] (Idea) at 15:46:51 for the first time thru iRecharge. But Rs. 300/- was deducted from my credit card but recharge was not done. I received the message of deduction of Rs. 300/- from my credit card from the credit card's bank. But I did not receive any message from Idea about successful recharge of my mobile. Even when I checked recharge balance for my number it was not showing amount Rs. 300 added to my balance. Please either repay this amount back to me or do the successful recharge of the same amount as soon as possible. Otherwise I will never use your website for any kind of recharge again and I will give the same advice to others. Was this information helpful? | |||||

But Rs. 50/- was deducted from my credit card but recharge was not done.
I received the message of deduction of Rs. 50/- from my Debit card from the Debit Visa card's bank.
But I did not receive any message from Idea about successful recharge of my mobile. Even when I checked recharge balance for my number it was not showing amount Rs. 50 added to my balance.
Please either repay this amount back to me or do the successful recharge of the same amount as soon as possible.
