Iredeem.in — Delay of delivery item

I am Mr. Samadhan Pailwan from satara, I redeemed the axis bank gift voucher in iredeem.in for benetton bag on 5-oct- 2015. they send confirmed email and said to delivery 15 to 21 days. But till today[protected] i am not received the item. i contact the customer care of iredeem.Tel.: +91 [protected] Email : [protected]@iredeem.in but not any one teke call.

The beneton bag which i were redeemed was received very late and also the product is very low quality rather it is defective and disgust to say it was fraudulant deal with Axis bank.
