Iredeem.in — product not received /no details

I placed order a benetton-blbu-bu-gym-bag on june 11 but have not received the product so far. No information on courier tracking details or any other details is received so far.
It was clearly mentioned that the order will be delivered in about 10 days but there is no information or status update on it.
I need to know the status of my order or shall receive the amount back in my account.

It is shown that I had a offer with my hdfc bank and I didn’t even found my tracking Id or something regarding my order .so I request you to proceed further and give me a fast feedback of my order status
