[Resolved]  Iredeem.in — regarding the hdfc redeem offer.

I have received a message from hdfc bank, regarding ucb merchandise offer on 4/6/19 and on the same day, i have ordered a benetton watch.

I make a payments of rs 411.82 from my account.

I have been contacting iredeem from the past 15 days. There is no proper response from the people in the customer service.

I have been told that the parcel was send to fedex courier service on friday i. E[protected], and was provided with a tracking id.

I have called the fedex customer care and have shared the details regarding the tracking id and i was informed that the tracking id was a anticipated tracking id generated and the fedex courier services have not yet received any physical parcel form ireedem.

I have been constantly calling your customer care and have been mailing you from past 15 days.

The person who is responding to the customer calls was unable to communicate in english and finally there is a great confusion regarding the order placed.

If you want i can even share my contact details, the thing i wanted is to get my order placed at the nearest.

Its was resolved. The very next day the complaint was filed, I have received the order. I really appreciate this Consumer Complaints forum. And I request iredeem not to create this kind of trouble to customers.

have paid rs. 411.82 on 29th june for a benetton watch and i have entered the above address but i got an email saying this is incomplete. How is this address incomplete?! please resolve asap.
