[Resolved] Iredeem.in — ordered watch but no response from iredeem

I had made a payment through net banking [hdfc] for a watch from united colors of benetton. The amount has been deducted from my account, now almost 20 days completed n there is no any communication regarding this order from iredeem and even not responding the number given in the iredeem site or not replied my mail sent regarding this through iredeem site, i am totally disappointed with the way this company works.
