My wifi is not working properly how can i contact you? i want to know when my plan is getting over . i want you to contact me as soon as possible.

This company provides internet plans with validity of 1 year and provides pathetic service. This is 3rd time in one month that their internet is disconnected. After every 7-8 days it doesn’t work. Complaining for 3rd time but don’t give proper resolution. No refund given for this useless service.

Bought 50mbps plan from ishan netsol last week. In span of 3 days internet went down 4 times, today twice. Writing this review from mobile data. Can't work from home in this. In 4 days I couldn't join 5 meetings as there is no proper mobile network at my home. Only one number to complain, which answered by machine. There is one local agent from whom i bought this plan. When I called him he said shop opens at 10am, I'm having lunch right now etc. Totally disappointed. Regretting, want to cancel and want full refund.

Kindly help me.

I have already complained (Many times) on [protected] this complaint number but the problem has not been solved yet.

I'm facing problem of connectivity losing and very very poor network speed.
I have subscribed your 50mbps plan, but i get only 5mbps.

If you're not capable to resolve this problem give me my money back.
Really really tired of your network.

Before i got connection i got to know about what and how they provide service to there customer. I have paid money of broadband connection. Now after a week they informed me that we are trying for your connection. If not possible we will refund the money. I do not want money. The thing here is "time"! Guys, really i am losing 2k to 3k per day because of your dis satisfying service! I request ceo or direct of ishan to get me on call at [protected] as soon as possible!

Hello, i have requested for broadband connection from ishan broadband in bhavnagar city on tuesday 19th may and they informed that connection will be there in 3 days. I paid money on same day 19th may. Today is 24th may and still did not get any response. And still i'm waiting for connection. To whom should i reach out now, this is very dis satisfying service!

Ishan is one of worst company, they don't response to your complaints, they don't even try to resolve my problem, they are so stupid that i told them that issue is of internet network which was giving me 2-10 mbps and plan was 50 mbps and i had paid 6000 like 2 days ago. In 2 days speed was worst and the guy is so stupid he think my laptop hardware is out dated and slow that's why you are having issue. This company is worst. And if i try to contact their branch in surat, Gujarat No one was responding. I demand a full refund with tax.

i complaint againts service provider SHABANA MEDAM.
she gave me trust for good services when i first time talk with her but after i comlete my payment from net banking..she didn't reply me after 3 days and even she didn't recevie my call...?
she said me that ishan group give good servies but before start my conncetion i saw her service and your employer's behaviour...
VERY BAD BEHAVIOUS WITH CUSTOMER...
After Take payment she didn't receive my call and she didn't give me her manager contact number...

I have used ishan internet as sweta raval.

I have connectivity cut-off problem from last 4 day and their technical team told us resolve it at end of the day. They have not resolved my problem on 4th day still and not give us any information about the issue and even not transfer my call to their higher authority. (Technical person name - diksha prajapati). She refushed to transfer my call to her senior officer.

They told us their executive will call us but not any call response given.

I lost my business from last 4th day and i don't know how much day they taken to resolve my problem.

Their services are very bad.

I bought new plan on 24 June for 2 MBPS and when company received my money than suggedtly internet working stopped. As per documentation company provide me support 24/7 but after 8 pm no one recieved my call in last 7 days that's why I called him in day time but every time all company told me "we will check it and get back to you ", no one told me resolve time, every one not response me clearly so now I want my money back and want to change provider .Company is totally fraud.

My name is Hitesh V Panchal. one of you executive named Hiren Purani comes to my office for the new broadband connection and he discuss about the plan and I agreed with the plan he discussed. I have submitted my documents and made a payment through cheque of Rs. 9085-00 dated[protected] he told me that he will install connection within 3 working days. I didn't hear anything from your side since week. I really unhappy with your service and I said please return me my cheque and I don't want to use your this kind of service. Moreover I didn't hear anything from your side and he deposited the cheque and deducted from my account. I have tried to call them everyday but they didn't answer my any calls and messages.

I am suffering from since last month with your this kind of service. I humbly request you to resolve my concern and refund my full money within 48 hours from now otherwise, I will send you the legal court notice. Now its up to you choice is yours.

And customer care are playing games with me getting my contact information every time i call. Dear fraud ishan company,

I have plan of 2 mbps unlimited.

Initially for 1st month it was running good, but from last 1 month i am facing lot of connectivity issue & spped issue. i am getting only 0.2 to 0.3 mbps.

I called many time to customer support center but there is no response from their side.

While your service knowing for good Customer service but, recently i have experienced severe Interruptions to my internet installation as well as bad experience From your side.
