My wifi is not working properly how can i contact you? i want to know when my plan is getting over . i want you to contact me as soon as possible....

This company provides internet plans with validity of 1 year and provides pathetic service. This is 3rd time in one month that their internet is disconnected. After every 7-8 days it doesn’t work. Complaining for 3rd time but don’t give proper resolution. No refund given for this useless service....

Bought 50mbps plan from ishan netsol last week. In span of 3 days internet went down 4 times, today twice. Writing this review from mobile data. Can't work from home in this. In 4 days I couldn't join 5 meetings as there is no proper mobile network at my home. Only one number to complain, which answered by machine. There is one local agent from whom i bought this plan. When I called him he said shop opens at 10am, I'm having lunch right now...

I have connectivity cut-off problem from last 4 day and their technical team told us resolve it at end of the day. They have not resolved my problem on 4th day still and not give us any information about the issue and even not transfer my call to their higher authority. (Technical person name - diksha prajapati).
