I have found "worm like insects" in a freshly opened pack of aashirvad atta for the second time. The pack was bought from a local store and this is happening for the second time. The insects are huge in number, most re dead and thet are white in color. I am never buying this product again in and if the brand doesn't contact me until tomorrow, i am going to file a complaint in the consumer redressal forum.

Anyone reading this complaint, please do not buy aashirvad atta, if you do, do not be careless thinking thats its a reputed brand, do check the atta. Itc does not have a good quality check panel, its the worst.

From the past 2-3 times, we’ve been encountered flour weevils. I’ll be attaching photos as proof. After the consumption of this flour my mother suffered with a stomach bug. There’s no alternative than ITC sending us new packets but that’s not exactly what we want. Please see the pictures and the doctor’s prescription and take some stringent action against the same.
During two of my conversations I was promised by the ITC spokesperson that they will collect the infected flour in order to test but no body has taken anything until now.

Today I bought two packs of BINGO in different shops and I found one of them were duplicate and locally made which is unpalatable and and may cause disease ...and cause huge losses to your company and for public

Morning we used the same powder, once we take all the powder out we shocked that we have seen one dead cockroach inside the cover, what kind of quality is this where did you received quality certificate this is not at all gud.

Never expect this kind of experience from itc,...

I've been buying ₹5000 worth of cigarettes almost everyday from you.
Your distributor in my area, failed to deliver me regularly.I complained several times to them, now they have gone rude with me and entered into an argument., stopped distribution.Its been 2 months from now, they stopped supply of your products, leading to losses in my business,
I have faith in Atmanirbhar Bharat, which seeks to encourage retailers like me, in building a self reliant India.

Now we understand that itc director is also involed with itc management
If in our company is doing like this we immediate removed the staff we never removed distributor
Because in our company distributors is very important not the staff
But in itc staff is important not the distributor

I had purchased itc shares in the month of may itself & is holding till date, haven't received the dividend yet...

I just bought a pack of yippee noodles for my evening snack, after i cooked and started to eat my teeth just stabbed on some hard substance when i saw it was a stone .
I have many instances of yippee not being up to the quality, still how it manages to surpass your food safety regulations only god knows!
Do ITC really do any tests or not. Many of your products are faulty like this. You should be strict on your guidelines or you are also just like others in making money even at the cost of someone's life!

This is regarding my order #[protected] at classmateshop.com. It's placed on 27-jul-2020, but i haven't received any update on the processing status. I sent few inquiries through classmateshop.com website (Via 'inquiry' section) - but no response. I contacted them through their facebook page - got a response that it'll get processed. But, today i'm seeing that the order status is updated to 'cancelled' from their website. I didn't receive...

I have ordered some nite books and drawing books on your online portal on 30 th July 2020, till now I have not received the order and there is no tracking no after login to my account

I own a shop in prayagraj, uttarpradesh. I sell most of the products of itc but i am having difficulty to get the aashirvaad aata as the distibutor of my area is not coming to take orders.
Not sure why he is not coming, can this be addressed

I have bought 2 packet of yippee noodles from the nearby store last week.. The manufacturing date on packets were 22/Feb/ 2020 and 7/ Jan/2020. When i emptied the packet content on my pan i found that the product had fungus and some insects...

Agency complaint and pending dues
The mail is regarding the services that your providing to your retailers. My shop is in diu (Daman & diu), delivering all the daily essentials and general goods. From past 3 years, i am facing the absence of basic services from your side which are illustrated below : — 1. Not getting any range of products of itc. 2. No visit of any company person. 3. No visit of your distributor in my shop. 4. Not getting the advertisement reward. There is no distributor in my town and the official distributor of your company exists nearby town i. E.in una (Gujarat) which is 15 k. M away. This distributor has an official right and duty to cover a market area of my town but unfortunately, he is not providing me with all the services which a retailer should get including the basic services like providing itc goods. The behaviour of your distributor is very poor that results in a very nasty impression of itc. Also, your distributor is not giving any advertisement reward for publicity of your company in my shop (Please check attachment for your reference). As per the terms, i must be reimbursed by a monthly rent of rs 1, 000/- from august 2015 - till date, which amounts to rs 52, 000/- for the same but not getting since 4 years, which are already generated by company to your distributor but he is not passing it to me. It means my publicity rewards are going to your distributor's pocket. There should be a market visit of your sales personnel to which i can communicate all the concerns but unfortunately, there is no visit of any company person in my shop. Now, i am in a situation that due to unavailability of your products, i am delivering other brand goods to my customers like maggi instead of yippee, britania and oreo instead of sunfeast, fogg instead of engage. It creates an extremely poor image of itc for appointing such kind of distributors and unskilled sales officers which are even not able to perform their basic duties. Sales officer complaint
It is very disappointing to draw your kind attention towards an issue being created by your sales officer mr. Rahul. As an official distributor of haldiram's in diu district (Daman & diu) since 15 years, i was giving my order to mr. Rahul of haldiram's product from last 2 months but he was completely ignoring my order and providing me with the nonsense reasons as to why he was not able to book the order. Last week i reminded him regarding same order and he finally booked the order and directly contacted me that the same was my final order and from now onwards my billing would be locked and i will be no longer a distributor of haldiram's. By refusing the same, he commented on my caste and on my character. Also, there is no visit to my area. He is very much associated with una distributor bansi enterprise and is very much interested in dealing with that distributor, may be he is personally benefited out of it or may be getting commission out of sales because he was not providing me with proper reasons. Further my accounts with the previous super stokist of your company m/s chandaran distributors is not settled and and i am left with certain expired products which requires replacement or either a debit note against the same. All this concerns are pending and i am not been provided with any solutions. Kindly consider this email in proirity and provide me quick resolution or else it would force me lodge a complaint in consumer forum. Please note that i am treasurer of chamber of commerce diu and in position to take legal actions in case of injustice. Your distributer here in repalle division giving stock to every shop in my village except us. He's saying we will give bingo and biscuits only if you buy cigarettes. Please resolve this issue sir.
