This is regarding my order #[protected] at classmateshop.com. It's placed on 27-jul-2020, but i haven't received any update on the processing status. I sent few inquiries through classmateshop.com website (Via 'inquiry' section) - but no response. I contacted them through their facebook page - got a response that it'll get processed. But, today i'm seeing that the order status is updated to 'cancelled' from their website. I didn't receive...

I have ordered some nite books and drawing books on your online portal on 30 th July 2020, till now I have not received the order and there is no tracking no after login to my account...

I'm shiv kumar from pan pasand neta ji subhash place pitampura delhi - 110034. My shop is around 10 - 15 year old but i have not receive display from 6 months (January, fabruary, march, april, may, june) from your company itc, i have send many email for display.
My distributer name is om sai traders, arpit arora

So please help and provide display for my shop pan pasand

I own a shop in prayagraj, uttarpradesh. I sell most of the products of itc but i am having difficulty to get the aashirvaad aata as the distibutor of my area is not coming to take orders.
Not sure why he is not coming, can this be addressed

I have bought 2 packet of yippee noodles from the nearby store last week.. The manufacturing date on packets were 22/Feb/ 2020 and 7/ Jan/2020. When i emptied the packet content on my pan i found that the product had fungus and some insects...

Your distributer here in repalle division giving stock to every shop in my village except us. He's saying we will give bingo and biscuits only if you buy cigarettes. I ordered Classmates note books from classmateshop.com on 27.06.2020. I paid the amount through net banking successfully. Order No.#[protected] dated 27.06.2020. However, when I track the order in the site, it says the order has been cancelled. They did not notified me or has not sent any mails regarding the order cancellation. They have not arranged to refund my amount. there has been no intimation from the site about cancellation or refund....

Actually hmara target ashirvad atta ka tha.. To user target acheive krne vale ko splendor bike offer me th jo hme slip pr sign b krvaya gya tha.. Bt ab co. Kh rh h ki aap one+7 pro ph. Le love.. Thats not fair.. Agr aap apni bat se piche hat jayege to kase koi apki co. Ka target pura krega.. Nd koi b shopkeeper for aashirvad aata ni purchase krega.. Kyoki co. Apne offer se piche hatt rh h.. Nd hme force kr rh ki hm cellphone le le.....

In this bingo salt chip's there are some small chips at the last which are not good. They are fryer more and also not good for health. So please check it and make it better. It is my humble request. Thanks...

We are a regular consumer of the subject product but were surprised to notice presence of insects in one of the packet. The photo and video is attached herewith.

Customers like us who believe and trust branded products from big houses of repute feel despondent to notice such things. Hence, thought of bringing to your notice so that corrective actions can be taken at your end in future.

On 11th july i had purchased shower to shower # heat powder 300 gm from your store online and i had also made payment for rs.180/- online to the company vide payment id pay_fd5wglhsjvdzyb but there is no confirmation from the store regarding delievery of my purchase....

I have been buying this product from more than 10 years but in recent times the packets come damaged, or with worms in it. Its either the preservatives or the improper storage or the delivery vans which are causing this problem.
The hole in the packet is so minute that it can be identified with a magnifying glass or after the packet is opened and come to know that there are eggs laid by the worms.
I have already dumped 6 packets...

I had purchased tetra pack of B-Natural juice- Guava Flavour from Dmart in Pune.
The manufacturing date on juice pack stated 28th Feb, 2020 and it has a shelf life of 6 months.

I and my child have been drinking the juice since bought it and while we poured out the last glass from the pack, some skin like substance came out into the glass with black impurities. It has really scared me cause even my child had been drinking...

I received a potato chips packet which is totally empty, only filled with air...

I received bingo potato chips and it was filled with air, there was nothing except air. It was of rs.10!...
