On 11th May, 2020, the ITC company van had come to our society in Chembur to sell their products in view of the lockdown.

We purchased two tetra packs of B-Natural juices - One of the litchi flavour and one which was mixed fruit. The litchi juice was okay. However, there was an issue with the mixed fruit pack.

The manufacturing date on the mixed fruit juice packet stated 29th Feb, 2020 and it has a shelf life of 6 months.

We have been drinking the juice since we bought it and last night, while we poured out the last glass from the pack, some slimy impurity came out into the glass with black impurities.

We would like to bring this to the company's notice as it poses as a health hazard, especially when we are in such a crucial time where health has to be given priority. When we trust a company to use it's products, the last thing we expect if for this kind of disappointment. More so, when the company is as big a name as ITC.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action or else we would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court and with the food authorities.

Unable to buy itc option chain app show rejected when i buy the option chain

Today i bought itc bingo chips 5 rupees pack and i opened the pack i was shocked there is only 2 piece of pototo chips is there. 100% sure that 2 piece is not a new weight of 12 gms as mentioned in the packet.
I want a refund of my pack. This is not happen to any customers in the furture.

I am writing this on behalf of my father mr. Ranjit kumar paul, who owns a retail shop (Nagendra bhandar) in behala, natun bazaar - 700034.

In this critical time of covid 19, i, ranjit kumar paul want to raise a severe concern i’m facing as a retail shop owner in behala. The itc distributor in my area ridhi sidhi provisions pvt. Ltd. (B. B sengupta road, behala, kolkata-34) is supplying itc products (Like itc atta, savlon etc.) to small shops like us at very high prices without proper receipts. Unlike others, the distribution team is not even reaching out to our shops for goods delivery & further causing inconvenience & financial pressure for business.

We have been in association with itc for the past 30 years now doing this business. I request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful at the earliest in the below mentioned contact number or email id.

I got non veg particle in sun feast yippee noodle packet. Iam a pure vegetarian how can this happened for a vegetarian people. so i wanted to an action against on it.

Since the lockdown, cigarettes are being sold in the black at rs 200/- via-a-vis mrp f rs 165/-. The shopkeepers say the distrbutors are charging them more than normal real prices. Isn't there any mechanism to check this? I have stopped buying as i refuse to succumb to black (Mail) market and i have been a user since 1976.
Can you pls do the needful to mprevent ths from happening?

Even though the cigarettes "wills classic" that i purchase is manufactured in march 2020, i am forced to pay a premium of rs. 120 on mrp.

All the sellers in and around the area are cartelling, leaving me with no choice but to pay.

I urge itc to help make these cigarettes available for the consumers through online media so we don't have to be cheated this way.

I agarwal traders have h bill made by tha salesman chandan dutta but the deliveryan delivered the product to another counter. And now the salesman said that I couldn't do anything. I just request u to look in this matter aand take some action against this type of negligence .

I am writing to complain about pankaj store distributor of our area.
From last few days we are facing lots of problem. As we are wholeseller, purchase products in bulk but he deny for supplying of wholesale product and selling only in retail price.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives

I have purchased your product savlon herbal sensitive handwash yesterday but it is not of good quality. Some finding are
-it does not rinse off easily
-has not a good smell
-it is causing irritation on hands after washing.
-sensation of irritation persists long after using the product.

Being a product of such a world class company such bad quality is not expected.
Please do needful to replace the product as i am facing inconvenience.

Hi team,

Reaching out to you as i've been facing issues procuring ultra milds at whitefield, bangalore.

The regular vendors either do not have any stock or they have informed by their local distributors that they do not have the approval to deliver stock.

I found one vendor (Near whitefield main road) who was charging at around 47% above mrp, by selling kings cigarette packet (10's) for 250 rupees. This shouldn't be happening, i believe serious measures/actions are required to ensure that customers are not subjected to such atrocity.

May i request your assistance on these matters, i am willing to pick up a box (10*20 packet) so that i can avoid having to step out of the house multiple times. If you could provide me the details of one of your authorized dealer/warehouse near whitefield.

This is to bring to your notice that the local distributor of ashirwad aata, “tinsukia trading agency”, tinsukia - 786125, assam is charging ₹25 extra per bag with no bills and not even delivering the goods to other retailers and wholesalers. During this lockdown, where we as traders are being fair to our customers, we are made to pay extra to buy the same essential good. Our cost have increased by ₹40 per bag.

Please look into it and help us.

I, jatin chheda, owner of anil stores at nepeansea road, regret to inform you that i am highly disappointed with itc’s delivery service.

I have not received goods ordered by me 3 times in last month. The salesman took the order on phone, but we haven’t received a single delivery, whereas many retailers in my locality have received their orders. I fail to understand why this partiality is being done.

I have repeatedly contacted mr. Jinkal modi regarding the issue, but haven’t received any reply.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Reply is awaited.

I am selling your products since 15 years ago.
Our depot manager named krishna is selling all the products at higher prices when compared with the prices before covid-19. For example today i have purchased aashirwad aata powder they collect extra rs.130/- from me and this is an example only. He is collecting higher prices for all products. Please take some disciplinary action against them and i am expecting goods at correct prices....

I am a smoker of your gold flake super star cigarettes since more than 25 years now. Due to the lockdown, the single carton of 50 packs which was priced at rs. 2728/- as on feb 2020 is being sold at 6500/- in chennai. This is harassment to the extreme for us the smokers. I want to know if i can get any assistance for procurement of the same through any of your recommended seller/distributor in chennai region. Previous month, i paid rs 12000/- for two cartons. But prolonged black marketing is not sustainable. Would be glad to receive any input/advice for the same.

I got one Aashirvaad Atta wheat powder packet from retail shop and in that packet i found one poisoned wall lizard in that packed i was shocked..In case if i unable to notice that what happened to my family, i cant imagine that. I have not received aashirvaad atta for months of march and april.
I had got multiple calls regarding opting for amazon voucher since they said they are getting some issue in the delivery of atta and finally i did submit to opt for new amazon voucher since i was not getting atta on the expected date and sometimes i used to get end of the month.
