Sir so many time i complained regarding my product bingo achar masti in which very bed smell appear and product is not usable for human being.
But i think company have no any solution and coustomer is not valuable for company. No any excautive contact to me from last one month.
When i contact to sales person than he say no any approval provide by company
Please provide my best solution otherwise i goes in consumer court for further action.

But no any solution and no any information provided. One executive mr kapil say to me company head say we are unable to approval your product

I brought bingo chips tomato flavour rs 5 packet. The pack was empty, actually i brought multiple pack so am not notice pack while am purchasing later later only i realised that pack was empty. So, i check the pack throughly whether someone ate the pack or not, after that i confirmed and realised that default pack itself empty. This pack is counterfeit product because pack not in open condition. Please don’t cheat the consumer anymore, my money is totally weste. Every money have some value don’t loot for hard earned money for your profit. I don’t don’t where to initiate about the problem. Thanking you. I include empty pack kindly check it out.

Distributor will sell the cigarette packets every day for us. Two days we got empty cigerette packet with neatly packed. Nearly we got loss of rs.10000.
We have asked distributor, he is telling that not responsible for that. But we have doubt he is only doing that for money. Or from company only getting empty cigerette packets

Dear itc customer care, as per previous complaint i have received again savlon herbal sensitive (750 ml) refill pack which is not giving good results, again problem of skin is persistent. Even family members are annoyed because of this product.
Requesting you to plz provide savlon deep clean variant (750 ml refill).

Dear sir,

The vivel soap and the cover batch no. B08bl1d 100gm date of manufacture 06/19 has a strong smell of tobacco. Kindly check. This was noticed in earlier batches also. But i did not register a complaint since i thought you would correct it. May you should have some customer audit. It will be good if you analyse the cover and soap for tobacco traces.

I just checked in to the hotel ; however i was not happy with the staff.
They were wanting to know why i needed 2 keys for the room.
No hotel in the my experience so far including marriot ; leela and starwood group of hotels and many more have never asked me why i need 2 room keys.
Your staff does not need to know why i need 2 keys and if somebody is staying with me. This is the most unethical mode of treatment. This would probably be the last time i would ever stay in this this hotel and i have already told my booking agency for my company - vmware software to take some action against this. Hope somebody knows how to treat a customer.

Purchased savlon 750ml liquid soap handwash assuming as it was good as we are using from past 4 years, but this time it was really disappointing. That gives us harsh results need to consult doctor for skin issues
Take it as high priority complaint and provide solution for same.

I got air fryer as second prize in aashirvaad koora karam contest. Yesterday i received the air fryer through courier. But it was damazed at4 places.. Really i was depressed. I have the photos and opening video. Iam sending the photos. I also told to the courier company which is in patna. They said we will find where it was happened. Plz respond to my complaint.

I am shopkeeper who sell your products itc brand cigarettes. I have a complaint about the fact that i am not receiving a cigarette display money from 1 july 2017 to 31 august 2019. I am also complain to assistant manager juber ahmed. But he has been not take any action against goyal agencie. He can't help me. My itc display agency name is goyal agencie (Northwest delhi). So after that i am complain to you directly. I am hoping to be you will short out my problem hurry.

In my area distributor is dubey ji and when i order for bingo chips and snacks he give me product but he is giving me suply regular and he is not attending my call also. And he is not giving me supply at the confirm visit or time and he is not working good quality so please inform him and say that please give me supply regular for bingo acharu tomato madness and anything any snacks product.

I found that retail shops in ksrtc bangalore are editing the price of dark fantacy biscuits and cheating the customers.

The actual price is 30 and they edit the 0 as 8 and sell for 40 rupees.

Whereas the shop next to this is selling at the actual price.

There are not scared of being complained as well.

Please look into this.

Bosco boys home and technical institute run by bosco boys welfare society had sent the trainees of the hotel management and catering course for an event (Ambani’s) organized by itc maratha at andheri east, mumbai.

The trainees hail from the poorest of poor marginalized youth and are trained at the institute to obtain a vocational trade that would enable them to get a job and uplift the economic condition of their families.

Itc maratha has still not paid the 9 poor trainees as promised after their working relentlessly at the event.

For the past 5 months we have been following up with mr abhay sahni, learning development manager, itc maratha, he blames the delay on the sluggishness of the finance dept of itc maratha.
All requisite documents and forms have been duly filled in and submiitted. An ackowledgment of the same has been received by mr abhay sahni

This is an appeal to help release the payment of these poor trainees as soon as possible.

Over the years i have been staying in various itc hotels and i am also club itc member and it is known for it’s hospitality which i used to tell my family as they have not stayed earlier in any itc
I have been in a pleasure trip to agra on 19.07.2019 along with my family and booked to itc mughal. I have a horrible experience which my family never expected from itc. We are travelling the whole day and checked in you hotel at 19.00 hrs and desk officer was mr. Chetan joshi and we requested for one hour late check out which he refused in a very rude way and we have been allotted room no. 432 & 431. After the check in, he does not even bother to call some body to show our room. Lastly we search our room on our own with the help of bell boy to put the luggage in the room. My family was shocked by the cultural difference as we are staying in hotel shangri-la’s-eros in new delhi
The washroom of room no.-432 was water clogged and it was not draining and it was having damp. Moreover to my surprise the floor digging was going on in upper room from 9.00 hrs on 20.07.2019 and nobody could stay in the room due to the high noise. I made a complaint in the front desk that how someone could allot a room like that and it is punishment and indicates that you should check out early.
We are checking out at 12.30 hrs and my daughter was told to the desk manager (Mr. Chetan joshi) to process checking out and he simply talking in mobile and ignoring us. My daughter got angry and call front office manager mr. Ankit manocha. His behaviour was very nice and pleasant. We want to know that what action to be taken against mr. Chetan joshi for humiliation and he should be kicked out and these type of officer spoiling the reputation itc. We have dinner at your peshwara restaurant and mr. Ankit manocha did not allow us to pay the restaurant bill, though we have insisted for payment as my conscious does not allow as we taken the food. Even i am ready to pay now.

I stayed in itc royal bengal kolkata on 24 th june. At the time of check in 3000 rs was pre authorized against my credit card. But there were no expenses. But still two weeks passed by, the amount is yet to be refunded to my card. I called many times but they are not following up and not helping me.

ITC is marketing Wimco Ship matches. The quality is extremely poor and many of the matches do not light. The chemical on the side of the matchbox where the match is to be struck is of extremely poor quality, hence several matches do not light and are wasted.
Wimco was the best brand when I was young and am extremely disappointed at deterioration in quality
