problem.I call many times this problem to him but they couldnot help me last 5 months . Only say ok and on this time they cannot response my phone last one months. So, i just hope that you solve my problem.

Bosco boys home and technical institute run by bosco boys welfare society had sent the trainees of the hotel management and catering course for an event (Ambani’s) organized by itc maratha at andheri east, mumbai.

The trainees hail from the poorest of poor marginalized youth and are trained at the institute to obtain a vocational trade that would enable them to get a job and uplift the economic condition of their families.

Itc maratha has still not paid the 9 poor trainees as promised after their working relentlessly at the event.

For the past 5 months we have been following up with mr abhay sahni, learning development manager, itc maratha, he blames the delay on the sluggishness of the finance dept of itc maratha.
All requisite documents and forms have been duly filled in and submiitted. An ackowledgment of the same has been received by mr abhay sahni

This is an appeal to help release the payment of these poor trainees as soon as possible.

I was smoking classic verve a few years back honestly the tobacco and overall cigarette is fantastic. But have shifted to korean imported cig esse bcoz of pricing, request you to kindly look into the pricing, many of my friends have also changed, the pricing for small cig like verve is unfair. Hope the plea is looked into.

Sub : horrible stay at itc mughal agra on 19.07.2019
Over the years i have been staying in various itc hotels and i am also club itc member and it is known for it’s hospitality which i used to tell my family as they have not stayed earlier in any itc
I have been in a pleasure trip to agra on 19.07.2019 along with my family and booked to itc mughal. I have a horrible experience which my family never expected from itc. We are travelling the whole day and checked in you hotel at 19.00 hrs and desk officer was mr. Chetan joshi and we requested for one hour late check out which he refused in a very rude way and we have been allotted room no. 432 & 431. After the check in, he does not even bother to call some body to show our room. Lastly we search our room on our own with the help of bell boy to put the luggage in the room. My family was shocked by the cultural difference as we are staying in hotel shangri-la’s-eros in new delhi
The washroom of room no.-432 was water clogged and it was not draining and it was having damp. Moreover to my surprise the floor digging was going on in upper room from 9.00 hrs on 20.07.2019 and nobody could stay in the room due to the high noise. I made a complaint in the front desk that how someone could allot a room like that and it is punishment and indicates that you should check out early.
We are checking out at 12.30 hrs and my daughter was told to the desk manager (Mr. Chetan joshi) to process checking out and he simply talking in mobile and ignoring us. My daughter got angry and call front office manager mr. Ankit manocha. His behaviour was very nice and pleasant. We want to know that what action to be taken against mr. Chetan joshi for humiliation and he should be kicked out and these type of officer spoiling the reputation itc. We have dinner at your peshwara restaurant and mr. Ankit manocha did not allow us to pay the restaurant bill, though we have insisted for payment as my conscious does not allow as we taken the food. Even i am ready to pay now.

I stayed in itc royal bengal kolkata on 24 th june. At the time of check in 3000 rs was pre authorized against my credit card. But there were no expenses. But still two weeks passed by, the amount is yet to be refunded to my card. I called many times but they are not following up and not helping me.

ITC is marketing Wimco Ship matches. The quality is extremely poor and many of the matches do not light. The chemical on the side of the matchbox where the match is to be struck is of extremely poor quality, hence several matches do not light and are wasted.
Wimco was the best brand when I was young and am extremely disappointed at deterioration in quality

I was eating farmlite high fiber whole grain biscuits and found something that looked like cockroach leg and when we had a good look it was an entire thing there. I have kept the biscuit and the packet for proof also i have emailed it to the itc consumer service email twice and haven't received an answer. Instead the reply i got was my email only, same thing happened the second time. I just want an refund and am willing to return the cockroach stuff back. Kindly take this issue into consideration.

We are regular users of Annapurna Select Attack for last many years. For the first time the quality is substandard. Batch No O4A. H packed 7th April 2019 - complaint chapatti prepared becomes hard in few minutes and becomes difficult to chew. Also taste is not good. It was really surprising as the flour is of very sub standard quality. What should I do....

I was thinking outside food is not healthy and thats changed completely today. Its very annoying to see a dead cockroach in my 10kg aashirvaad atta. We usually get the same brand atta every month but today it was shocking to see a dead cockroach in Atta when my wife trying to make chapathi's. Now how hygienic is your product is my question and what guarantee are you giving for customer health when we are using...

On opening the sealed 5kg pack of ITC Ashirvaad atta with packaged date of 7th May 2019, found hundreds of LIVE worms. Due to their white in colour they were a bit difficult to identify.
Made a complaint to ITC as well on Social Media, ITC agreed that the pack had infestation but the only resolution they had was to replace the pack and close the complaint, without any further investigation. Is this the way the big brands deal with our health? Why is taken so lightly? Why ITC does not take a proper responsibility to get the Food tests done?
On top of it, their Marketing head - Suresh is calling and using abusive language and threatening to return the packet back and close the case because as per him replacing the infected pack with a new pack ends ITC responsibility and I should stop putting it on Social media. He also asked me to take the complaint off from the Social Media.
ITC is just trying to play with the evidence to save its name.
Need proper check done with the reason behind the infestation and why was the costliest and such a big brand so irresponsible and careless to let such stuff happen?

01:55 our food arrived (dal makhani with paranthas) it came in a plastic tray which had no tray mat no condiments nothing .Not even onions were there along with the food . It was just daal bowl and parantha on a large plastic tray without any liner . On 10th July 10:10 in the morning we went for the breakfast buffet, there was no table available for us . We had a conversation with lady standing on a podium who asked us to wait for 5-10 min . I understand it was a rush hour but atleast the staff could have been more polite . I am a loyal customer of ITC . My expectations were really high and I all u got to experience was this.

My From Shri Ganesh Fancy stores, Gen. & Prov., i purchase your itc food items complete range from him, services poor and i have closed my own firm gst and changes to new i am requesting him from past 6 months to change it but he is not looking after this matter and he provides me bill from another name and not listeni g to it anytime just make reasons and behaves in a very bad manner.
its my humble request to look after it as soon as.

I purchased sunfeast yuppie noodles from bigbazar in hassan.. The displayed offer on pack is get free spoon nd fork but when i open the pack after removing the noodles i get to know that the spoon and fork are missing.

I've been smoking classic ice burst for almost two years now, the recently manufactured ice burst definitely have some problems. The taste has somehow changed, the ice burst pods smell very bad, this a consistent issue. The defected packs i got were manufactured on 03/0419. 05/01/19, 23/04/19 and the latest 15/05/2019, please look into it, i'm not talking about single packs i may have tried at least twenty different packs produced on those particular days and they all had the same problem. The one's produced on 09/04/19 were really good, so i'm pretty sure it's a manufacturing problem, kindly address this issue as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a packet of sunfeast nice biscuits and gave it to my son for morning breakfast. It was only when he ate couple of biscuits and complained about it i checked and realised the packet was full of small live worms. Worms were all over the biscuits and also in the packet in huge quantity.

My son then started vomiting and felt really sick. I am really shocked with the lack of quality control at such a reputed company and brand. A quick search at google reveals it's a regular occurrence so doesn't look like the company is at all serious about quality checks.

I would like to register a complaint with the consumer protection forum and would request that the product production be stopped until an independent enquiry is conducted and provide quality assurance to the customers.

I would also like to hold the itc board of directors accountable for this regular breach of customer trust and allowing the company to put the health of customers at risk.

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 02-05-19, but at present i have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time
Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible.
Order is not deliverd by ur delivery man due to some stupid reason
I must need savlon to complete my order of first aid box of 25pc due to which i was not able to process my order and being late
