Im an employee of the " Solution a Div of TLG India Pvt Ltd " Hyderabad Branch which is at Himayat Nagar.Here we work as a PSP ( Product Survey Program).
This message is to bring into your notice the Scams which are happening here in Hyderabad for a quiet good time.They are lot things which are happening, it's a big chain where so many people are involved in it and so i have decided to take a stand. I have approached many people associated with this Solutions for which we are working through emails but nobody has responded me back.Hence im looking forward for a help from ITC which is the only hope left.Below are the incidents which happened in the solution we work for which describes the Scams and behavior of the superior leadership team of the Solution towards the PSE's.
There are many illegal Ids created in the name of an employee and salaries are been credited in the account.Many illegal superVisors who never worked those ids were created, some of the ID's are below.
ID - AEMP[protected] Mohd Mujtaba Sayeed
Designation - Supervisor
ID - AEMP[protected] Mohd Yonus
Designation - PSE
These are one of the one examples of the IDs were in there are many things related to this like temporary Id's have been created during the temporary activities and bill have been submitted on their names. The Manager
(Mohammad Majid ) is the person responsible for it.
The ‘ Flying PSE ‘ activity which happened only for 10 - 15 dayss here in Hyderabad where the entire tobacco stock is restored by the Manager and selling stock in market (Majid Sir).Many other things which are against the work ethics and integrity of the work are being performed here.
Without any fear and end of the day we the PSE’s are suffering with kind of torture he's doing to us.I request you to come here and check with the all the PSE’s individually what happened so that you will come to know the situation and the scam what happened.
Im looking forward for ur help.i want you to raid the Solution office at Himayat Nagar with me. Im not revealing my name until and unless you help us . Im the voice for all the employees who are suffering here in the hyderabad. Not me the entire hyderabad team will help and let u know the Scam happening here individually, every month manager Majid is doing 10 to 15 lacks rupess scams from Hyderabad and other district activities .
