My pan shop is in south delhi shop no. 3 Gk- 1, New Delhi-110048
I want to complaint about distributer and the company again as I am not receiving the money against the product display of cigarettes. My old shop was N 10 market named Ghansyam store. It was 50 years old shop. I changed my old shop due to some problem or I'm not getting my display from my old shop its been 1 year and 10 months.
I complained so many time but their is no response. If you don't want to give me my display than why did you influenced me before? and now its to late I can't go to another company for display.
The other shop owners are receiving their money on time.
Kindly give me my display money and resolve this issue.

Sometime back i had made a complaint of non availability of sugar control atta in jyothi shopping, beach road, kalashetra colony, besant nagar chennai 600090.
You had solved the problem by sending your representative and since then there is no issue.
Once again i am not getting this item and i understand that the dealer is not supplying to them.
Can you once again look into the complaint and set right things.
Please also take steps against the dealer for not supplying.

I am jegadeesh from tirupathi. While your company launched american club and players your executive told us that there is a scheme for empty packets rs, 10&5 resp.in that season of your launching period i sold and submitted the empty packets of 827 empty packets of ac and 359 packets of players on august 2017 now 16 months gone there is no settlement from the supervisors or by sales man. I have bought bingo chips rs.5 packet. I have seen insect which was fried one found inside the packet. My 2 years daughter had eaten this chips. Atlast, we have seen this. Please take care of your customers health. I have sent mail to [protected]@itc.in. But there is no response till now. I have sent reminders too. Please check and respond. Take immediate action and reply me.

I have purchased a 5kg Aashirwad atta bag from a local grocery store. It is given that the content is best before 3 months from packing. As we opened, it is full of clots and small insects. The shopkeeper strictly refused to attend the compliant and said that there is no such provision to return the damaged product. Once we have sold the product it is none of our business to attend such compliants. Whereas the company says that its quality of the product is guaranteed or your back.

I have been trying to get in touch with the isc division of itc since many days for guidance. It is extremely frustrating to be greeted by your automated voice service only. Your executives are never available for the consumers or the phone just keeps ringing and nobody answers the phone! Does nobody ever come to work in itc? How come no one is ever available at any of your various numbers?!! Extremely poor service and a very sorry state...

I have purchased wills navy cut cigarettes - 3 packs today. On 2 packs it is printed as manufacturing date 13/08/2018 and cost rs.49.00 and in 1 pack, it is written manufactured on 08/09/2018 and cost printed as rs.60.00. I am purchasing the cigarettes since long when it was rs.60.00. How this print can come to market which shows manufactured on 13/08/2018 and cost rs.49.00 as printed though the seller charged me rs. 60.00. As such, it is harmful for lungs but if it is printed by the fraud star to dupe the common, it is heinous crime as we do not know the quality. How the printed cost can come as mentioned above. I may write to the chairman, if it is not addressed immediately.

Dear sir,

I have purchased two packets of fiama men gel bar refreshing pulse (Paclet of 125g x 3 + 125g free = net weight 500g)
I. E. 8 bars from the open market and having bar code no.[protected] and found some problems with the bars.

1. Melt fastly while taking bath and become soft in the soap case and next day the bar is become very soft and melting fastly.
2. Smell is also not effective as you mentioned in the packet.

I am regular user of the itc products like soap, biscuits and other personal care products. I am not expected this type of quality from the company of itc.

You are therefore requested to please try to improve the quality of your faima men gel bar. As a well wisher i am requesting you.

Dear concern, i am selling your aataa from last 5 years. I have many times written complaints regarding poor delivery in my area. I have given order on 30.09.18 and after 9 days, i still havnt got my aataa. As a result of which i have to start dawat aataa for retailing. Senior (Somesh) is not showing concern in this matter. Sir I m from Tirupur...Tamil Nadu..here complaint on gold flak cegrate...here we seen lots of duplicate in the name o[censored]r brand... especially.. dealer supplying bundles of cegrate in the I have founded some of pocket is duplicate...it will create huge problem in ur market and and it create bad name for uuu.to get profit I think mediater doing this thing...try to find it and take action...thank you...my pH no:. This is tapan jain from sindhekela division - titilagarh. Sir from last 1month the sales staff of itc have not visited my counter.in orissa it is main rush season of our business as it is the main fesitiv season of orissa.in this main season i dint get the itc product. After this i called the dealer mr ankur from titilagarh, he said i have not ordered anything rather than bingos tedhemedhe, flake, players, chips nd all from last six month for which they are nt taking my order. Bt the truth is most of the time i get best offer than ankur in yuppie noodles nd supriya nd ashirwada.. Than how can i order in high price. And in last six months i have orders other stuffs too as of my requirement. Nd most importantly the sales staff of ankur is vry rough in behaviour... I want to knw whther the conpany itc is nt interested in sale cigratte nd bingos product. Is it necessary for me to order all the items of itc product???

No one of the sales executives are visiting our shop to take the order for supply since 3 months.we also complaint to the suneelkumar([protected]) and john upendar([protected]) many times who r related to our route.they are not responding properly.please take the action and send the people to place an oder.

Today we found some worms in sunfeast hi fi cashew cookies.
It was not expected to find this kind o[censored]nwanted things in such a biscuit which has been manufactured by so called 'renowned' itc company. It was disgusting. We are shocked still now.
Please check twice before packaging.
We got it in free of cost along with cream cracker biscuits.
There are many children who love having that hi fi biscuits, if anything bad happen to them, would your company take all the responsibilities?
So please, do take care of this matter.

There has been very serious issue on gold flake kings which is getting duplicated and supplied by the unknown sources.

Its observed that the qualitiy of packing, paper used for rolling and the tobacco qualitiy is not upto the mark.

I would request you to consider this as a feedback and the formal compalin.

Basically i m a shopkeeper i m selling itc products (Cigarettes) also. And who's giving itc products he just misbehaved with us. He even don't know how to talk and he's also not giving display to me also
He's saying we ll nt give me display. They are saying they are getting display from the company but i ll nt give u. Do whatever u want to dooo

We have the departmental store in which many products o[censored]r company also sold by us but there is problem in a product'ashirwad atta'.
So many complaints come from consumers as they are not satisfied with packing as they say packing is not done properly or maybe open, thats why they return their purchasing of such product.
Plz pay attention for this problem.
We have try to make complaint many times but get no quick response.
