Dear itc,
I visited your itc fortune landmark hotel at ahmedabad on the 20th year celebrations today.
I am a regular dinner at the earthern oven restuarant since many years.
But today’s dinner was a mess up.
We were greeted with used fork on the table and even after comparing their is no regret.
Sorry to say but the service at municipal market is better than the one we experienced and that to at a five star property.
Years i have dinned at your hotel but never such deficiency in service we have experienced.
I have bought these to the notice of the concerned whose card i am sharing but i don’t think they realised there fault and think it is a minor mistake.

We are vegetarians and such improper service we can never expect. The used fork which was served to us on the table looked like something non vegetarian was stuck to it and naturally due to the low light ambience we realised that there fork was used only after using it.

The experience was so ugly that we preferred to not order further and leave. We did not create a scene and just brought the same to the notice of the manager and pod the bill and left.

But really i would seriously have doubts before visiting the restuarant in future. I have been a frequent visitor and normally come with foreign delegates but such experience i say i would never ever recommend the hotel to any of my associates.

Please if you care about your regular visitors look into the matter and at least send a apology as you spoilt our dinner and 2ndly also our religion strictness.

I want request to your good self that distributor of katra is not supplying the stock to my godown i am purchasing the stock on cash basis he always ask me to send your own vehicle plz take serious note about this matter and not inform the proper scheme i want sale your items due to non availability of stock i have to purchase other companies stocks.

It's really shocking to see worms inside sunfeast yippie noodles magic masala flavour. I would like you to see into this on priority basis.

I have already complained on[protected] on 16 may 2018. They provided me the mail I'd and I am sharing the pictures of the same. Kindly make sure this issue gets resolved asap. Waiting for immediate response to this issue.

We recently completed one project at ITC -PSPD Bhadrachalam Project team.Their DCM is Mr. Suriyanarayana and the assistant manager Mr.Ramesh.
During the project period, I never work in a calm mind these two managers are not allowing any vendor to work in peaceful manner, everytime for everything they will shout and bark like a dog.
we did so many projects with ITC all over INDIA, But this is the worst site managers I have seen they don't even know how to handle the vendor, simply shouting. Especially they are white collar crime people.
And they disrespected me and my company so many occasions.
So please take necessary action against these Managers to hold back your organization's ethics.
we vendor solely believing to complete our activities. we don't expect them to help us atleast please don't disturb us in doing our activities.
One big shame thing is there, these managers don't permit me to eat in your canteens too. Because we are honest

I have a complaint about the supervisors of my area. I own a shop which is being displayed by your brand. And it has been years that my shop is not upgraded and the paint is faded the ceiling you provided has fallen due to cracks and the main thing the display board is being removed for replacing with new one nearly a year ago and till today i haven't got any new board and the company has provided a televison to display your advertisements which is also removed by supervisors saying they will replace it shortly but no response again i even requested them to upgrade my shop as i accepted to display your brand they just shake heir heads and the work is not done. So i kindly request you sir to take action on this aspect. Thank you sir

Today I bought one pack of Gold Flake King price is Rs.150. When I'm unpacking it that time I feel something is wrong with this packet.After unpacking my doubt becomes true.Each and every cigrattes of this packet labeling with Gold Flake King it looks similar but you can easily understand that these are duplicates.I'm attaching pictures of those so it will be very clear....

The product on pack Claims:
"..Wrapped with the promise of B Natural and free from any added preservatives or colours..."

However the ingredient list has Colors and preservatives!!

Aashirvaad atta is superbb atta ever i had in my life
But this product is not supplied regularly in our area so its unable to consume it
So unfortunately we have to consume different atta

In a month only during first week we get aashirvaad atta later we dont get this product for whole month unfortunatelly we have to consume different atta

So its my humble request, please supply regularly aashirvaad atta for our health benefits.

In ashirvad aata u give the pack of salt i buy the ashirvad aata's 5 pack of ashirvad in month so i got 5 packet of salt in one family of 4 or 5 members we use only 1 pack of salt use in month and junarly avery budy use 1kilo pack of salt in month what do we do of other 4 packet of salt every month remaining 4 pack of salt its not any useable for us so i have requested to the vompany please give us any other iteam instead of salt wich one is use fore us like u gave britaniya bescute pack like that item is useable with every pack of ashirvad ataa

This is to inform you since past few years we are using your above mentioned product but now has found that plastics are also mixed along with this atta.

May you please organise to investigate the same & let us know the fact about this product at the earliest.

For your ready reference a video clip is also attached & has also found it true after trying the same at my home.

Which has surprised me a lot.

I am running a general store, Your Own Shop ( Address: 75, SHAKTI VIHAR, PITAM PURA, NEW DELHI) have a complaint regarding your distributor Mr. Naveen and Mr. Arun and also Mr. Harpreet arora and Mr. Prashant, that they are not supplying ITC products and bills properly. we are not getting products in proper time and also wanted to file a complain, concerning unprofessional behavior by your distributors and even after so many request to your distributors they are ignoring us. I also want replacement of your product i.e. Atta but your distributor ignoring our complaint and lines said by your distributor to me ( challenge karta hun jisko complaint karni hai krdo na hi replacement hogi aur na hi goods supply hoga aur na hi apki suni jayengi ) . This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
i look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem. please do the needful as early as possible

This is naresh kumar from delhi.
I purchased an aashirvaad atta today (26/02/2018, 11:30 am) from easy day store (Nathu colony chawk, shahdara, delhi-110093). But i observed that the wheat is not as usual it would be.

After making the atta when it was washed it was having a gum type material. We were panicked.

And then i go back to the store and called the police. And tomorrow i am going to consumer court to register a complaint of aashivaad atta company.

Plz take a strict action against this.

Recently bought fiama gel + creme soap (Frangipani+almond cream) a pack of 4 soaps weighing 125 gms. Each for rs.186/-. Not satisfied with this variant coz hard lumps are formed on soap creating rashes on the skin while applying. Photos enclosed for reference.
Requesting to look into the matter and resolve this issue.

Actually ue sale man is coming to our store and talking the order but it not come so i asked the sales man so the salesman told
His owner told him not to put items for that shop. So i am complaining

Y can’t the send if any problem of payment nothing then y the can’t send the product

If they can’t send tell us frankly we will buy hindusthan product and sale

Good afternoon. This is sundeepreddy from visakhapatnam i had purachased the aashirvaad whole weat atta 5 kgs pack of batch no 13 a. M2 pkd 06. Jan 2018 for rs 230. I belive that ur premier brand maintains the quality as well. On 04.12 2018 at 7.30 pm we opened the pack and made chapatis. We observed taht the wheat is not as usual it would be.
We observed that after making the atta when it was washed it was having a gum type material. We were panicked. On referring to friends we were shared an video of similar experience. We were shocked.

Kindly let us know if that gummy materail is an intergral part of wheat and is edible. We have soaked thsi overnight in water and observed that its not solube in water. I suppose if it is an edible material it shall be soluble ion water. Kindly sent us the details of the gummy materail and its propoertires iots origin we are of the doyubt that whether the atta is adultrated. I can send the photos i[censored] need.
