This is naresh kumar from delhi.
I purchased an aashirvaad atta today (26/02/2018, 11:30 am) from easy day store (Nathu colony chawk, shahdara, delhi-110093). But i observed that the wheat is not as usual it would be.

After making the atta when it was washed it was having a gum type material. We were panicked.

And then i go back to the store and called the police. And tomorrow i am going to consumer court...

Recently bought fiama gel + creme soap (Frangipani+almond cream) a pack of 4 soaps weighing 125 gms. Each for rs.186/-. Not satisfied with this variant coz hard lumps are formed on soap creating rashes on the skin while applying. Photos enclosed for reference.
Requesting to look into the matter and resolve this issue.

Actually ue sale man is coming to our store and talking the order but it not come so i asked the sales man so the salesman told
His owner told him not to put items for that shop. So i am complaining

Y can’t the send if any problem of payment nothing then y the can’t send the product

Good afternoon. This is sundeepreddy from visakhapatnam i had purachased the aashirvaad whole weat atta 5 kgs pack of batch no 13 a. M2 pkd 06. Jan 2018 for rs 230. I belive that ur premier brand maintains the quality as well. On 04.12 2018 at 7.30 pm we opened the pack and made chapatis. We observed taht the wheat is not as usual it would be.

My shop has gold flake board display hung up at the front gate. It is hung up there for more than 6 year but we have not been given any scheme in return for the same.
The distributor and area supervisor now approached us to settle by accepting one month/two month's scheme which is not appropriate to have. Since scheme has been eaten by the middlemen for so long time, we want pending scheme of previous 6 years.

No single salesman visit the shop for cigarettes and complaining the area manager even he always says i will send a salesman next day but no one visit the shop for order. We have ordered engage m1 perfume spary from wallmart best price jalandhar on dt 07/12/2017, yesterday they delivered material at our door steps.
Sir, perfume that we ordered mentioned above is not sprayed, it has some problem with its nozzle spray. We try several times to spary but it doesnt come.
So kindly replace that perfume with new one and check that from your end why that thing happens.br...

Actually my counter is given me by itc and now it's totally broken from inside and i told about this issue to itc marketing supervisor mr. Sunny and everytime he said we work on it we work on it but didn't tell me when his work is complete on this issue... So please help me out from this situation.. I had purchase moms magic bis cute on dated 04.11.2017 from margao, goa. I just open the pack on 05.11.2017, it gives bad odor and smell. Also fungal and white objectionable material found on the bis cute. The photo graph of the same is attached here for your reference.

2/11/2017 i bought sunfeast marie light 2 packets, from "white magic shop at sewri mumbai pin code - 400015.

All 2 packets biscuits have chemical like smell while eating. I returned it to shop keeper and returned me the money back. Pls look into this matter it may cause food poisoning.

On 12/10/2017 we purchased itc juice pack (Guava & mix) from spar mall as a dewali however while at home i found guava juice leaking from below the tetra pack. We thought we better transfer juice in another bottle & consume it.
To our horror juice had black particles in it & on completing pouring in another container we found blackish rotten thing in it.

We really just cannot imagine what would have happened had we...

Properly not supply a good products (Exp products) and damaged goods supply. If asked to management their not properly responde (Sales man and manager also not properly respond)... Unwanted stocks supply... Damaged goods return amount not get back... Worst'ly to behave our goods supply persons... Some stock missing for ex: i orders 10+ roll of bingo product i revived only 8-9 rolls... And i order only 20 packet of biscuts 7 packet are danged...

Sir iam vengadesh having a super market in trichy, tamil nadu. Raja enterprises supply goods for us. They give only short expiry products of sunfeast biscuits.
If we ask them to take return of short expiry goods they will never take the goods and speak some rubish things. The behaviour of the persons delivering the stocks is very worst. They will not check the products too. Only biscuit section only doing like this other department...

Dear sir shortage sale for players cigarette the distributor and the sale shop or not so sour newly launched player cigarette please i request they are newly shared a lots of players cigarettes and then they are replaced the dealer or not so sour order that's why the cigarettes are short aged then what can we do sir you are ready to clear cigarette...

Update 1- 30/8/2017- this is regarding the distributorship of itc in sandila district hardoi. Shri ganga ram gupta, agency name - sandila agency, code 3857, has been looking after this business for last 3 years. The performance has been much better than any wds (Other distributors) in that area which can be easily checked in itc's records. For last 2 months mr sanjay saxena, mr gautam das of cigarette division and mr ashutosh singh of food...
