Today ate a candyman choco double eclairs chocolate. Felt shocked in the last layer of chocolate. Got a small thin layered plastic cover in the chocolate.
While chewing thought that it would be a ingredient of coconut. But when spit and saw that it is a plastic layer which is inside the chocolate. Which is harmful for the person. Please be careful when eating these type of chocolates. Having trust on Brand we buy them but feel bad to these situations.

I placed an order for the material on-line and paid in advance to your company with order ref #230588. I recieved short of material for which i maid complains vide ref no. #57620 through mails and customer care and got the reply that i will get the refund with in 24 hours..It seems i am being fooled for the last four months which has harassed and mentally tortured me.
kindly do the needful at your end as soon as possible else i will be taking legal action at your risk and cost.

We were running a provision shop in mowlivakkam. The order we were placed in not at all deleveried at the proper time or date. Once we went to the ITC AGENCY which is in No.3/931 B kundrathur main road Madanandapuram Porur Chennai - 116 to ask about the reason for the latence of delevering stock for that the manager spoke rudly to me. No one gave proper response for our queries.

My last complaint is insufficient of stock. On 13/04/2022 i placed a order for Rs. 2388 with that order consists of 29 products, the order should be delevered in 15/04/2022 but it has been deliveried on 17/04/2022, even the deleveried only 6 products for 29 products

I have placed two orders no. 394348 and 385107 delivered on 10th April and 8th April respectively. In both the orders i have ordered Classmate notebook pack of 12 but received only one notebook each in both the orders. Even after several reminders via email & assurances on call from their customer care executives, the refund has not been done yet. This is sheer intentional harassment. We need compensation of not less than 100000 Rs for this trouble and harassment.

I ate Bounce biscuit. It was foul, looks expired long back. But there are more 4 months to expire, written on the cover.

We are in process of getting district level frenchise of ITC LTD.

Today, I ordered veggie pocket pizza from Dunzo. And I received completely spoiled food. I was very excited to eat and quickly deep fried it. After eating 1 byte Vomit got started.
I am 9 month pregnant and my husband thought it is because of that only but I asked him to check the food packet and we found fungas on all the remaining pizza pocket.
I want to file the complaint against them and wanted to get the compensation as well.

An employee, named ravi kumar who works in ITC - Kumar.[protected]@itc.in CONTACTed me, that he wants to staymin my house in worli on rent. The rent agreement was to be done by ITC company. Ravi told me that vendor registration needs to be done for which he took all documents from me. I gave him all the documents in 1 day time. From february 15th to march 26th he kept saying that vendor registration is processed and your money I will send you the rent amount and deposit money in 2 days. This went on till feb 15th to 26th march. You may ask Mr. Bhushan of HR (bhooshan.[protected]@itc.in) and Mr. Jagbandhu (Jagabandhu.[protected]@itc.in). Both of them were involved in my vendor regestration and were collecting documents from me. Now.suddenly after 1.5 month of following up Mr. Ravi says I do not want to stay in your apartment (he has given me 10, 000 as token amount of which I have screen shots). AND TELLS ME TO DEAL WITH ITC SINCE ITC WAS GOING TO PAY RENT TO ME. For no reason I have lost 2 months of rent. Per month rent is 40, 000/-

80, 000/- rupees of mine are lost cause some ### suddenly backed off. This is what I get for being patient and believing Mr ravi that today the rent will come madam tomorrow the rent will come

Why do you keep such pathetic employees who have no sense or ethics to handle a situation. That Ravi has blocked me from all CONTACTs and says HANDLE THIS WITH ITC. SO HERE I AM.ITC. TELL ME WHAT TO DO

Later on they asked for the " Sending Address ", for which I cooperated too. But I haven't received any positive response from the team, both on instagram and email.

I had paid Rs. 23296 through credit card on 9th December for booking which was canceled and the refund has not been issued since 2 months. Hotel is avoiding it and making us go in rounds.

Found an already slit opened and empty masala packet in 6 pack YiPPee noodles packet. The masala had already scattered onto the dry noodles even though the noodle packet was sealed. Highly disappointed about the services. I am worried if it's still safe to consume as it's been already tampered with.

The cig packets being sold are dated 04/10/21. MRP is Rs. 59.00 There are discount coupons inside the pack for Rs. 3 each. However the retailer refuses to reimburse this amount as there is an item in the terms & conditions saying valid till 14 dec., 2021. If the said pack is being sold currently, the coupon inside should be homored.
I have contacted the company but they say that since last last date is 14 dec., 2021, they can not honor the same.

For the past two months your company distributor has not been giving cigarettes to our shop, they say we like it if asked .. Cigarettes are being blocked and sold at a higher rate outside, which is not a good practice, if you want to go back to all the shops and find something for yourself !!
