[Resolved] ITC — Delivered forged cigeratte's KING's and LIGHT'S Cigeratte in Khammam-Sri Sai Priya Kiranam

Dear Sir,

This is Rajani G running a small kirana shop at my house i.e. H.No.[protected], burhanpuram, Khammam. Yesterday I purchased Kings and Lights cigarette's at Bhadram, who is sales person Subbarao, Distributor, Khammam District. In this packs 1 forged Light's pack identified when the customer asked a cigerette. The next minute I intimate the sales person about this incident happend and replace the new pack and handover the forged pack to him. He said not in my hands. The same happened today also. Today I got 2 forget cigeratte pack i.e. 1 Light and 1 King. The same intimate to the sales person and he is not answer properly.

I am requesting you kindly replace the original cigerette packs. Let me know how i purchase your company cigerette without forged.

I bring this incident to your notice when i found. The same happend in so many mini shops at Khammam.

Even though the distributor not taking any action against forged cigarette's packs or this incidents not escalate to him i don't know.

Kindly taking the initiation against forged cigarette's packs and replace my cigarette's packs.
