[Resolved] ITC — ITCstore.in Order #553412 not delivered. No proper update.

The order #553412 was to be delivered on 31.08.22. Got the whatsapp message that order is delayed. There after raised the complaint by mail and got the ticket number and assurance to resolve the case within 48 hours. Today is 05.09.2022 and there no proper feedback or commitment to deliver the order. The call center works only on BOT and useless to give any credible feedback.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Company approached through whatsapp and asked whether refund is needed. Subsequently refund has been processed and credted to original payment mode.

ITC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
