[Resolved]  Itzcash Card — 4600 amount deducted without any notification or approval

I'm a retailer for itzcash, and give business for itzcash.
My account was debited with 4600rs without my approval or proper notification and its been more then 4 months now and frankly speaking im loosing hope now. I spoke to anil kutte (Asm, itzcash, pune) and this person is least bothered to help me and even clearly said will not help you.
I'm a retailer and help you to spread your business and i get these kind of issue from you.

Hope my issue is resolved on priority basis and i would be more then happy to keep the business with itzcash.
