[Resolved]  Itzcash Card — For issuing debit card problem

This is himanshu gami my saving account is [protected] currently in jambudiya branch morbi. Before six month i was issued my debit card and at that time my account was in gandhidham branch by mistake of morbi employee branch bcoz when i went to your morbi branch for issue debit card, i told your employee to first change my address and then issue debit card. But axis bank employee are very brilliant in morbi branch. Up to till they didnt change my address and issue my debit card in gandhidham branch. As i was living at morbi from last two years. Before 15 days i went to jambudiya branch and change my address. But till this time i dont know where is my debit card. Even i also registered complain your customer care regarding issue of debit card. Today i talk with customer care and he said me to ask jambudiya branch. I also contact jambudiya branch and they always said here is no your debit card. If you want then plz pay extra charge for debit card.

Plz look out this matter as early as possible bcoz from six months your bank can not resolve my problem. And if you dont solve my problem till then i want to close my axis account. So plz deactivate my axis account as soon as possible if you cant solve.
