[Resolved] Itzcash Card — irctc refund refund given by irctc but not credited to bank | |
The ticket was auto cancled 12th June, 2018 which i booked via ITZ'S payment gateway. The amount should have been refunded by 13th June, 2018 but has not been refunded even after 9 days. According to IRCTC the ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been sent to ITZ but the refund has not been credited to my account.
