Sir/medam, Today at aboout 11:55 am, i have reload a sum of rs 550 from my visa debit card to my itz e wallet, the amount has bebited from my account of "canara bank", but after processing it says "log in again", and the money do not enter in my itz e wallet, it is very unfortunate, please look after my problem. My account details are as follows; Itz e wallet card serial id : s[protected] Card type: all service card And i am sorry that i did not save the transaction id.
