[Resolved] Itzcash Card — refund of cancelled irctc ticket by itz | |
I had cancelled the ticket against PNR Number: [protected] on 25th August 2017. The refund status on IRCTC website says, not refunded. The amount was refunded by IRCTC on 26th August as per the message sent by IRCTC. Transaction ID: [protected] Cancellation Id are listed below [protected] - Amount to be refunded is Rs. 10120 [protected] - Amount to be refunded is Rs. 5060 It has been more than 3 weeks since the ticket was cancelled and I would like to get this problem solved as soon as possible.
