[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Refund of cancelled train tickets | |
I had booked two e-tickets from irctc in general quota using itz gateway for paying through my iob internet banking on 7th june. Those tickets were cancelled for unavoidable reasons and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per irctc account. But till now i have not received the refunded amount from itz bank Ticket 1: transaction id: [protected] Cancellation/refund id: [protected] Ticket 2: transaction id: [protected] Cancellation/refund id: [protected] Kindly refund this amount to my bank account as soon as possible.
