[Resolved] Itzcash Card — refund of irctc tickets

I cancelled two e-tickets (Irctc) on 2nd sep, 2017 which i booked via itz's payment gateway. According to irctc the ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been sent to itz but the refund has not been credited to my account. Irctc has refunded on 3rd sep-2017. Hello Team,

I had cancelled my ticket on IRCTC . The status shows to refund being sent to bank ITZ.

But i have not received any amount in my bank account..
Please look into it.

It is possible to return the refund on credit card also, still people calling and asking for debit card details to receive the refund along with CVV which is never supposed to be shared.
